I read the Iliad of the East: The Ramayana
I read The Reunion of Sita and Rama.
I liked how it clarified what was happening in the margins, but I did not like how squished the text was. Sometimes it can be difficult to understand what is happening so I am definitely on board with the clarifications in the margins.
It was nice being able to compare the two version of The Ramayana. I would definitely be on board with this version.
I really like the idea of an untextbook for this class. It makes it easier as a student. It gives me something to reference easier and it breaks up the chapters much better than the actual book does.
